Shipping policy and returns
Secure and tracked worldwide shipments whitin 2-7 business days.
Our items will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer during the order, by the private carrier or by postal means.
For each order you will be provided with the tracking code to follow the progress of the shipment step by step.
Shipping costs are included in the invoice for internal delivery, and in Europe and the rest of the world depending on the invoice amount.

Any import and customs costs are always due by the buyer
We will prepare the order in the next days after the order, you will receive an email when the order is ready to go and the tracking number of the package.
A delay should be considered for public holidays and for our well-deserved seasonal holidays, generally in August.
A delay in delivery does not entitle you to a refund.
In case of non-delivery due to the carrier, we undertake to refund the entire order after and only after the due investigation with the courier in question under this Policy.
The buyer must check the status of the package and all products upon delivery and before accepting the package from the carrier. If the package is damaged, please check the condition of the items. If the items are damaged, do not accept the package.
If the buyer signs the delivery note, the check of the items is considered done.
As per law, the return can be exercised within 14 days in Italy and 30 days out of Italy.
The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, taking into account that already mentioned above, any damaged returns will not be refunded.
Upon arrival of the package will be refunded the full amount paid including the shipment , the only non-refundable costs and to be borne by the buyer are the cost of returning the product.
